If, during a player's declare attackers step, a creature that player controls that's been goaded is tapped, is affected by a spell or ability that says it can't attack, or hasn't been under that player's control continuously since the turn began (and doesn't have haste), then it doesn't attack
Though one new card won't suddenly make grass-type decks more viable than water or fire decks, it would be a good start
Now, players cant wait to know all about these new cards, the merch, and their release
The Ruby Sapphire deck is heralded by some incredible Dual Ink cards from Beauty and the Beast
Whether that's a good thing or not, I'll leave it up to the reader, but having games progress and end in improbable, redundancy-ignoring ways sounds pretty delightful to me
